Description

Smoothies are such a great way to help with your journey – no matter weight loss, weight gain, or just to maintain a healthy line. Easy to prepare, full of nutrition and so easy to adjust according to your goal.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash the apples
  2. Plus, remove the core and the seeds of the apples. Peel or not the skin according to your taste and preference
  3. Squeeze the apples (2 apples ~ 75g juice) with a juicer machine. If you prefer you can skip the juicing and add the apples directly to the blender.
  4. Peel and chop the banana (118g, 1 banana) into a few large pieces to fit inside the blender
  5. Add all of the ingredients to a blender, including the yogurt (60g, 4-5 tbsp), banana, walnuts (28g, few pieces), cinnamon (2g, 1 tsp)
  6. Blend for 30 sec.
  7. Enjoy.

Notes

  • The walnuts are rich in magnesium, phosphorus, iron, and zinc, including some of the B-vitamins groups like B1, B6, and B9. They are also a good source of fibers and the amino acid tryptophan. Tryptophan helps with the production of serotonin, which in turn improves conditions like depression, and insomnia and makes you feel more joyful and happy.
