Notes
- The walnuts are rich in magnesium, phosphorus, iron, and zinc, including some of the B-vitamins groups like B1, B6, and B9. They are also a good source of fibers and the amino acid tryptophan. Tryptophan helps with the production of serotonin, which in turn improves conditions like depression, and insomnia and makes you feel more joyful and happy.
