Our extensive exercise library has 1000+ exercises, including bodyweight only or with equipment at the gym, with resistance bands, dumbbells, barbells, yoga, pilates, and even activities for couples. Create your workout plan from scratch or choose a workout plan from our library and completely customize it to your needs.
We have implemented scientifically proven training methods and principles like super-sets, drop sets, pyramid sets, or failure sets for you to use during your workout. You can create a Split workout program or a HIIT routine with all its variations like Tabata (20-10), AMRAP (As many rounds as possible), etc. You can just stretch or perform a full yoga workout with our 120+ yoga exercises with videos. Strengthen your core with 100+ pilates exercises or go to the old-fashion gym and hit the iron. We have developed a system for planning the optimal weight load during training, based on your ORM (one-repetition maximum), thus drastically reducing the risk of overtraining and injury, which can decrease your motivation and lead to failure to achieve your goals.

We want to make it clear from the start that we did not intend to create a food tracker with millions of foods. We believe that we don’t need 10 million foods to eat healthy, diverse, and balanced meals. You don’t even need 1000. We need no more than 100 foods (spices included) and a smart developed plan to stay healthy, and at the same time, eat nutritionally balanced and diverse meals only with the foods we like in order to keep our motivation high. So at it’s core, this is a Meal Planning app
The foods in our food database have a complete nutritional breakdown and are provided by USDA (United States Department of Agriculture), separated in categories for easy browsing. Choose the ones you like, add them to your meals, and the App will give you all the nutritional information you need.
Create the PERFECT Diet plan for you, regardless of age (1+), sex, medical condition, goals, body type, or activity level. Create it from scratch or choose a diet plan from our library and completely customize it to your needs. Add your meals (snack, breakfast, lunch, and dinner), add the foods you like, a preset recipe, or a whole meal idea (e.g. English breakfast).
Based on your individual body parameters and goals, we will calculate the RDI (Recommended Daily Intake) for more than 40 vital micro and macronutrients, including protein, carb, and fats, 10+ vitamins, 10+ minerals, sterols, and others.
