- Warm the tortilla on a low heat setting. In the pan, you can apply avocado oil spray.
- Cook your eggs in the grease of your choosing over medium heat – I prefer mine over medium.
- Add the eggs, avocado, tomatoes, cabbage, and sour cream to the tortilla.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
