This paleo breakfast taco is delicious. It’s low-carb, gluten-free, and very delicious. It’s simple to make and packed with fiber, protein, probiotics, and healthy fats.



  1. Warm the tortilla on a low heat setting. In the pan, you can apply avocado oil spray.
  2. Cook your eggs in the grease of your choosing over medium heat – I prefer mine over medium.
  3. Add the eggs, avocado, tomatoes, cabbage, and sour cream to the tortilla.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
