Ingredients

  • Apple – 130g / 1 small

  • Carrot – 30g / 1 small

  • Cucumber – 50g / 1 slice

  • Kale, raw or frozen – 28g / 1 ounce

  • Avocados, raw – 50g / 1/4 medium

  • Ginger root, raw – 5g / 1 small slice

  • Seaweed, spirulina – 5g / 1 tbsp optional

  • Wheat Grass – 5g / 1 tbsp optional

  • Water – 240g / 1 Cup

Directions

  • Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until homogenous. As simple as that.

  • 🔹 As with any smoothie, you can add other favorite fruits and/or vegetables, as long as you keep the quantities moderate.
  • 🔹 If the fruits (or vegetables) are solidly frozen, allow some time to defrost
